From Your Membership Coordinator

In mid March we will begin offering 4 weeks of in-person Starting Point classes for prospective members.

• These are an opportunity for learning and participation in a small group format.
• These classes will be optional for membership and used in conjunction with the current Pathways to Membership process.
• Classes will be offered in a small group format and include history of Unitarian Universalism, local UUS history in Iowa City. social justice, land ministry, small group ministries and how to get involved, with a variety of UUS leaders joining in.
• Please watch the calendar of events and newsletters for more specifics. Classes start on Sunday, March 16 at 11:30 after the service and run through Sunday, April 6.
• Registration will be required. Attendance at any or all is optional. Childcare can be available with 2 weeks notice.
