The Unitarian Universalist Society is proud to support gatherings for all people, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race/ethnicity, or religious affiliation. Some small group rentals are still available. 2026 reservations will open up in November 2025.

    Our building is perfect for social events, memorial services, performances, and speakers. The flexibility of the space makes it ideal for business trainings or retreats. Our primary meeting room features a large table, whiteboards, modern A/V equipment, and a kitchenette. We also offer a variety of relaxed, multi-purpose spaces to fit your unique needs.

    Weddings at UUS

    Celebrate your unique love story surrounded by nature.

    Weddings are a sacred ritual, and UUS is honored to offer our building to individuals who wished to be married in an inclusive, supportive, and affirming venue. We offer our space to those whose spiritual traditions, philosophies, and values are compatible with the mission and principles of Unitarian Universalism.

    Wedding Packages

    The Full Wedding Package includes your rehearsal day, ceremony, and reception. You will have access to our many classrooms, kitchen, and grounds on your special day.


    Additional add-ons may be included depending on the specific needs of your wedding festivites, childcare needs, or other considerations.

    Plan your perfect ceremony amongst the lush backdrop of the UUS grounds. Our ceremony package includes a rehearsal the day before, access to the Sanctuary for decorating, our classrooms and conference room for getting ready.

    It’s time to celebrate! Host your wedding reception in the airy Fellowship Hall that overlooks our grounds. Enjoy our modern kitchen (great for caterers and cooks alike), versatile floor plans, and direct access to ourdoor space.

    Looking for a relaxing space to marry with minimal effort? The Simple Service package gives indivuals the chance to marry in our Sanctuary without the added work of decorating.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    As part of our work to expand and support a vibrant community, UUS offers substantially reduced rental rates to non-profit community partner agencies and groups. We are grateful to be able to support our community through this program.

    UUS only waives rental fees for a few affiliated agencies. Affiliated agencies are groups with whom we have a pre-existing relationship, whose mission and work clearly address 3 or more of our values (justice, equity, pluralism, interdependence, and generosity), and where the partnership provides opportunities for staff and volunteer teams to engage in transformative work for the congregation and wider community. To allow capacity for these transformative relationships to flourish, UUS has a limited number of affiliated agency partners. The minister, in consultation with staff and volunteer teams, determines affiliated agencies qualifying for free space use. Agreements involving more extensive administrative and financial arrangements (e.g., Memorandums of Understanding) go to the Board of Trustees for approval.

    UUS may reject any proposed rental that does not align with our values, mission, vision, principles, and capacity. To protect our tax status we do not rent to for-profit groups. Please contact the Events Coordinator at [email protected] for more information.

    We have classrooms and a conference room that can seat anywhere from 10-45 people.

    UUS does not offer our own catering on-site. We are happy to share our list of preferred vendors including catering, or you may make your own arrangements.

    You may serve alcohol at your event, but you need to sign an alcohol agreement, and you either need to provide it for free to your guests, or you or your caterer will need to have an alcohol license.

    You can request access to our microphone and sound system, which we will train you on. We also have a large rolling TV monitor and smaller monitors in classrooms where you may show a movie or video or slide presentation. You can plug into our sound system to play music. We have several cords and adaptors available. You are also welcome to bring your own projector or smaller sound system.

    We have parking for up to 75 vehicles in our parking lot. Several of those are handicapped parking spots, and 4 spots have access to free electric vehicle charging stations. For larger events, street parking can be requested from the city (or is automatically available for Sunday events), and there are also a couple of parking lots within walking distance that can be utilized. All parking is free.
