Being Enough

January 29th, 2023

Join us as we reflect on the messages our world gives us about perfectionism, what it means to be successful or to be enough, and to celebrate how we can resist that, find our center, and learn how we want to be enough.

Read the Order of Service.

The 5th Sunday Offering Will Benefit Healthy Kids School-Based Clinics: On months with five Sundays, one Sunday is designated to support a special cause or organization other than our normal community partner. In January, the offering on the 29th will go to Healthy Kids School-Based Health Clinics.
An extension of health services offered in the Iowa City Community School District, Healthy Kids is a community-supported, free medical clinic that works collaboratively with local medical partners to provide primary care, mental health care, and access to specialty care for under served/uninsured children. They also help connect families who are eligible for healthcare assistance or newly insured to resources in the area.

All cash donations collected during or for the Sunday Services offerings benefit our chosen partner, unless otherwise earmarked on a donation envelope. Checks for the offering baskets should have “Healthy Kids” on the memo line. You can also donate online at, text “GivetoUUSIC Partner” to 73256, or mail a check to the UUS office.

Join us in person or online via YouTube Live. Click to be taken to the stream on our YouTube channel.
