Drawdown Solutions: Getting into Action is a five-session workshop aimed at increasing insight into solutions to global warming and building skills to become effective advocates for change. The workshop is based on the book “Drawdown: The Most Comprehensive Plan Ever Proposed to Reverse Global Warming,” edited by Paul Hawken, and it builds on the Introduction to Drawdown workshop.
The first four sessions will be held on the following Wednesdays: October 9, 16, 23, and 30 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at the Unitarian Universalist Society. A follow-up fifth session will be scheduled at a later date.
This workshop includes collaborative activities, research, fieldwork and book learning. Between sessions, participants will read in more depth about solutions to global warming and choose several to investigate.
