Religious Education FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to be a member for my child(ren) to attend Religious Education classes?
No. Our Children and Youth Religious Education (CYRE) program welcomes members and non-members.
Do I have to register my child(ren) for the CYRE Program?
We ask parent(s)/guardian(s) to complete registration for each child in the CYRE Program to help us better communicate with our families, and to help us be aware of any special needs or concerns you may have.
How do I register for CYRE classes?
Members can register online using Realm. You can also find registration forms in each of the classrooms.
Is there a registration fee for CYRE classes?
We do not charge a fee for the CYRE Program. However, your donations and pledges support the total church which supports the CYRE Program, and provides us with classroom supplies, materials, and curricula.
What if my child(ren) has never been to CYRE?
If you have never attended, please come 10-15 minutes early, so we can help you find the classroom and introduce you to the teachers/childcare providers.
