Drawdown Solutions: Getting Into Action

Community Minister Lois Cole will guide participants in discovering how spontaneous writing can bring insight, creativity, and well-being. Intro to Labyrinth Class

Join Virginia Melroy on Tuesdays, Oct 6 and Oct. 20, from 7 to 8 pm, for a virtual two-session class on walking the labyrinth. In the first session, she will give an introduction to labyrinths and their history, along with some guidance for walking the labyrinth as a spiritual practice. You will then be invited to walk the labyrinth at UUS yourself, on your own time, and share your reflections and ask more questions in the second session. Registration required.
