UUS is currently in Phase 3 of our Covid-19 reopening plan. Sunday services are being streamed via Zoom at 10 a.m.

Scheduled outdoor gatherings and indoor meetings of limited size are allowed, and the public is welcome to use our labyrinth and trails, with masks and social distancing required. Read more »

  • UUS Welcomes Our New DLRE, Marsha Thrall

    We’re delighted to announce that after an exhaustive search, which included restarting UUS RE visioning process to discern what our hopes are for family ministry and lifespan religious education, UUS has hired Marsha Thrall to be our new Director of Lifespan Religious Education. Visitors, potential new members, or any others that would like to ask questions and have conversation about Unitarian Universalism or our UU Society here in the Iowa City and Coralville area, are invited to a separate breakout room after our virtual services on Sundays. Just let the Zoom host know that you want to attend the visitor session either by sending a chat message, or remaining in the main room after the service is over to tell them you want to go to the Visitor Breakout Room.
