Donation Form is available at Auction Table on Sunday mornings in Channing Hall or you can download it here: Auction Donation Form 2008.pdf

 

Multiple donations can be listed on same page.

 

Estimated value/suggested minimum bid, and category, can be left blank.

 

Set a date now for donations to be accomplished after the actual Auction  – if exact date is not appropriate, indicate interval

(e.g. Last week in Aug., Saturday evening in Jan/Feb). 

 

Turn in donation forms at Auction Table (Sunday mornings), or at UUSIC office.

 

Bring donated items to Channing Hall: 

On Sunday mornings, for storage in a locked cabinet

Or on Saturday April 12 (9 - 10 am).

 

Auction Committee will pick about 20 donations to hold for Live Auction.  All other donations will be offered in Silent Auction.
