RUMMAGE FOR A GREENER WORLD! Some of us grew up hearing “Use it up, wear it out, make it do, do without.” And some of us recite the mantra “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.”

Our Annual UUSIC Rummage Sale probably won’t stop global warming, but it is a great way to offset our carbon footprint just a little by recycling in a way that encourages others to reuse our surplus treasures. (For those of us who love rummaging, however, it doesn’t help much to  reduce the amount of stuff in our lives!)

We’re gearing up for this year’s sale on August 18!   Join the fun!

• Round up your clean, reusable items and bring them to UUSIC anytime between Wednesday, August 15 at 1 PM and Friday, August 17 at 8 PM.

• Need a hand with hauling? Give us a call or email us at the address below.

• Help sort, price, and display on August 15-17,  a fascinating process in itself, and we also eat really well while we work!

• Work at the sale on August 18 – a great way to meet newcomers, marvel at what sells fastest, and pick up a bargain or two yourself.
